What is a Nutrition Consultation?

Nutrition consultations help you better understand your eating habits and how food affects how your body functions and how you feel. Working with a nutritionist can help you enhance your bodily functions and alleviate symptoms of illness to ultimately educate you about healthy food and help improve your health, wellbeing, and overall life.

Patients are able to visit CHC’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist: Alyson Comeau, MPH, RDN, LDN through scheduling an appointment through our medical department.

2024 Nutrition & Diabetes Group Announcement:

Alyson and CHC Pharmacist, Alexis DiGeronimo are offering open-to-the public, walk-in weekly diabetes group visits at our Leominster, Fitchburg & South Gardner Community Health Centers and are available to answer questions you have about diabetes, nutrition and medication management.
