CHC accepts a variety of insurances and payment options, which may help you pay for expenses not covered by your insurance. If you are underinsured or uninsured, we can help you apply for the health insurance that makes the most sense for you and your family.
CHC also offers a Discounted Sliding Fee Program, which is based on family size and income. Please call our Patient Services team at 978-878-8100, and choose option #6.

CHC now offers Virtual Care -Telehealth visits. (Telehealth services may vary depending on your insurance carrier.)
