CHC offers virtual care - telehealth visits for some medical, urgent care and behavioral health services. Call 978-878-8100 and ask if your provider offers telehealth visits.

What payment options do you accept?

At Community Health Connections, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. CHC accepts a variety of insurances and payment options, which may help you pay for expenses not covered by your insurance. If you are underinsured or uninsured, we can help you apply for the health insurance that makes the most sense for you and your family.

CHC also offers a Discounted Sliding Fee Program, which is based on family size and income.
