Does CHC Offer Medical Programs That Serve Specific Populations?

Yes, CHC provides medical services to special populations, including:

  • Migrant Workers Program – CHC travels to local farms within our service area to offer services to migrant workers. Click here for more information. 
  • Student Health Services for Fitchburg State University (FSU) Students – CHC is partnering with FSU to provide health care services to all FSU students. Click here for more information.
  • Healthcare for the Homeless and Public Housed program – CHC has comprehensive and integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and substance use treatment services to those who are homeless and in unstable housing. Click here for more information.
  • Community COVID-19 vaccine clinics – CHC has a team dedicated to traveling to where you pray, play and/or work to offer COVID-19 vaccines. Click here for more information.

Do you offer medical services offsite?

CHC offers telehealth visits for some medical services.
