CHC’s Children’s Behavioral Health program is now accepting new patients and booking appointments for clients ages 5-20. Call 978-878-8100 for scheduling needs. Services include Individual & Group Therapy, Psychiatry, Play Therapy, Expressive Therapy & Behavioral Health Mentors. Is your child or teen already working with a therapist - but also needs support from a prescriber? At CHC they don't have to switch therapists to get the care they need. Our experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) Heidi Kraft & Michaela Dumais work directly with your child's current therapist. This ensures seamless, compassionate and comprehensive care.

If your child needs medication evaluation, or psychiatric medication management, we're here to help. Three convenient options to get started: Let your therapist know CHC is accepting immediate referrals, or call us at 978-878-8100, or visit our Behavioral Health Front Desk at any of our health centers, or download a new patient form www.chcfhc.org/become-a-patient
