What is a Nutrition Consultation?

Nutrition consultations help you better understand your eating habits and how food affects how your body functions and how you feel. Working with a nutritionist can help you enhance your bodily functions and alleviate symptoms of illness to ultimately educate you about healthy food and help improve your health, wellbeing, and overall life.

Patients are able to visit CHC’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist: Alyson Comeau, MPH, RDN, LDN through scheduling an appointment through our medical department.

2025 Diabetes Group Announcement Update

CHC is offering monthly open-to-the public, walk-in diabetes group visits at our Leominster Community Health & Urgent Care Center, 165 Mill Street. Our providers will be available to answer questions you have about diabetes, nutrition and medication management.

Participants do not need to be a CHC patient to attend the Diabetes Group Visits. Depending on your health insurance plan you may need a referral from your primary care provider and may be responsible for a co-payment. Please contact our Medical Specialties Manager, Kelsey Morales at 978-878-8533 or kmorales@chcfhc.org if you have any questions.

If you don't have health insurance our Patient Services Team is available to assist you. Call 978-878-8100, option #6.
