Our Urgent Care is open to the public, regardless of your health insurance status or income.
Yes, if you have a CHC physician and are unable to reach them and need to be seen immediately, you are welcome to walk-in and utilize CHC Urgent Care.
You do not need an appointment to be seen at CHC Urgent Care. Walk-ins are welcome!
CHC Urgent Care is here for you if your primary care physician's office is closed or if they are unable to see you. Check with your primary care doctor before visiting CHC Urgent Care. Your primary care physician will issue a referral, which will allow our care to complement the care you receive from your primary care team and communicate with them. If you don’t have a primary care physician, our urgent care team can still help you with your immediate medical needs. You should always check with your insurance company to determine what services are covered and what your co-pay may be.
Most health insurance companies cover urgent care visits; however, coverage can vary depending on your plan and if you may need a referral. We recommend you contact your primary care physician and your insurance provider prior to being seen at CHC Urgent Care.
CHC is here for you, regardless of your health insurance status or income. CHC will provide you with a fee schedule for all services and can explain them prior to treatment and offers sliding scale fees based on income.

Yes, we have translator services, so that we can take care of your needs, regardless of the language you speak.
Yes, you will be asked to pay your co-pay at the time of your visit. CHC accepts, cash, checks or credit cards.
