When And Where Are Appointments Available?

The OBAT team receives a referral or request for care an appointment will be made. Appointments are available during normal hours of operation

OBAT appointments are available at all five of our locations

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

CHC accepts a variety of insurances and payment options, including CareCredit, which may help you pay for expenses not covered by your insurance.
