Our Podiatry team provides expert foot and ankle care for both adults and children. As a community health center, we are proud to care for everyone in our community and are commited to helping our patients stay active, comfortable and healthy. Below is a list of podiatry and foot care services we offer:

  • Diabetic Foot Care
  • Wound Care & Wound Management
  • Sports & Work Related Foot Injuries
  • Corns, calluses, warts and fungal infections
  • Routine foot exams and preventative care
  • Heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, and flat feet
  • Injections
  • Punch Biopsy
  • Partial Nail Avulsion for Ingrown toe nails
  • Partial Nail Avulsion with Phenol Matrixectomy
  • Complete Nail Avulsions
  • Lacerations Repair/ Foreign Body Removal

Patients are able to visit CHC’s Podiatrists, David Kosofsky, DPM, and Fred Kaestel, DPM by scheduling an appointment through our medical department at 978-878-8100.

* Dr. Kaestel sees both Adult & Pediatric patients.

CHC accepts outside referrals. If you are not a CHC patient you may need a referral from your primary care provider. 

Podiatry at Community Health Connections

You do not need to be a Community Health Connections patient to receive podiatry services, however you may need referral from your primary care provider.
