Dental - Adult & Pediatric

Leominster, Fitchburg & Gardner

Good oral health is an essential part of your overall health and well-being.

At Community Health Connections our dental teams provide high quality, affordable, compassionate care for patients of all ages - from routine cleanings and exams to restorative and preventative services. We believe everyone deserves a healthy, confident smile and we work with you to create a personalized dental care plan that fits your needs.

Regular dental care does more than keep your teeth clean. It helps prevent cavaties and gum disease, reduces pain and infections, and can even lower your risk of other health problems.

As a community health center, we offer the convenience of many service lines, under one roof. When appropriate, our dental providers can coordinate your care with primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy and speciality services such as podiatry, optomety and nutrition, to ensure your care is connected and seemless.

This team based approach makes it easier for you to receive the right care at the right time- supporting your physical, mental and emotional well being in one trusted location.

Do You Offer Dental Residencies Or Educational Programs?

Dental Residency Program

Each year New York University’s Langone Health System Dental Residency Program sends dentists to Fitchburg Community Health Center to further their training. These dentists use their skills helping to care for patients while learning about the daily operations of a busy dental practice.

MWCC Dental Assistant and Hygiene Programs

Community Health Connections partners with Mount Wachusett Community College to educate Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists. The programs are located at Fitchburg Community Health Center, which also serves as the clinical site. This provides the students with real life experience in caring for patients and offers patients a low cost option for preventive dental care.
