I'm Monique Anderson, LICSW - Director of Behavioral Health Services at Community Health Connections. Today I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce you to Justine Paoletti, LMHC, LADC, our Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician and explain her unique and vital role here at Community Health Connections.

As an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician, Justine serves as the bridge between our Medical and Behavioral Health Departments for our patients, ensuring that our patients receive coordinated, compassionate care that addresses both their physical and emotional well-being. Justine works in our Medical Department to support patients with a wide range of behavioral health needs, from brief assessments and crisis management to targeted mental health treatment. Whether our staff needs help triaging a patient, coordinating care or determining the appropriate level of behavioral health support, Justine is there to assist and collaborate.

Justine is the bridge!

By working hand in hand with our medical providers she helps identify and address mental health needs properly, which ultimately improves patient outcomes, reduces barriers to care and ensures that no one falls through the cracks. I’m proud to work for an organization that understands the value of having an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician working in the Medical Department and that as a community health center we are able to offer multiple services under one roof, so that we're able to treat the whole person, body and mind, making healthcare more accessible, compassionate and effective for everyone in our community.
