As a federally qualified health center (FQHC), Community Health Connections’ senior management and the CHC Boards have a deep commitment to the underserved as well as to the needs of our communities. CHC’s Consumer Advisory Board, consists of patients in the community that provide feedback and recommendations on areas related to addressing patient needs.
CHC also ensures that racial diversity on the Board of Directors is representative of the patients that we serve. Our Board of Directors is comprised of a majority of consumer members - including the homeless - that review and approve all services provided to patients to ensure that their needs are properly addressed.
